Rachel A. Mongiello is a member in the Litigation Department. Her practice and experience includes business and commercial litigation and arbitration and white collar criminal defense. Rachel’s practice focuses on investigating, litigating, and defending claims of fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, minority shareholder oppression, unfair competition, and collusion. Her experience includes representing business owners in corporate governance disputes, representing hedge funds and investment firms in high-stakes litigation arising from complex real estate and financing transactions, litigating disputes between distributors and suppliers, assisting with and defending against government investigations, and evaluating and defending against civil and criminal fraud and antitrust claims in the pharmaceutical and financial sectors. Rachel’s practice has been recognized most recently in her selection as a “Rising Star” by New Jersey Super Lawyers.
