Jason R. Melzer is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Jason is a trial attorney with extensive experience litigating commercial disputes, including shareholder/partnership disputes, business “divorces,” commercial foreclosures, securities litigation and arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, professional liability and debt collection. Mr. Melzer also has significant experience litigating employment matters and has successfully enforced and opposed restrictive covenants. Mr. Melzer regularly litigates matters in the Chancery Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey and the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court in New York and successfully counsels his business clients through some of the most trying and complex situations business owners can encounter. Mr. Melzer practices in all trial and appellate levels in the both the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York.
