In furtherance of these projects, we appear regularly before Planning and Zoning Boards throughout New York and New Jersey, as well as before municipal, county, state and federal regulatory agencies, to obtain the necessary environmental, building and regulatory permits and approvals. 

Represented a national cellular carrier in obtaining site plan and variance approval for its retail stores and related store signs through out New York and New Jersey.

Represented a NJ hospital in obtaining all required site plan and building permit approvals for a major expansion of the hospital emergency room and inpatient rooms.

Represented an office building developer in obtaining a rezoning of its property, an amendment to the borough zoning ordinance and site plan approval to build a high rise office building.

Represented an outdoor advertising company in obtaining all state NJ DOT permits and municipal planning board site plan and variance approvals to erect outdoor advertising billboard signs.

Represented a shopping center owner in obtaining all necessary municipal and county site plan and variance approvals to expand an existing shopping center to accommodate a new freestanding bank building with drive-up facilities.
