A team of four attorneys in Cole Schotz's new Wilmington, Delaware office authored a chapter in the newest edition of The Americas Restructuring and Insolvency Guide, published by the American Bankruptcy Institute, which is a leading provider of continuing legal education programs in the United States. The book is the only guide to explain the restructuring and insolvency frameworks of key jurisdictions in the Americas.

The chapter, entitled "The Latest News from the Delaware Courts: Decisions of Interest to Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals," was written by Norman Pernick, Michael Bonkowski, Kate Stickles and Patrick Reilley.
