David Bass was quoted in an article titled, "New Crumbs Owners Fight to Scrap License Agreements"

November 14, 2014As Published in: Daily Bankruptcy ReviewAttorney: David M. Bass

David Bass was interviewed by the Daily Bankruptcy Review regarding the Crumbs license agreements with other companies.

“It’s probably a hollow victory,” said Mr. Bass, an
attorney at Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard PA.

Crumbs had only recently begun selling the rights to
its name to third parties when it began its final
descent into bankruptcy. Mr. Bass said the agreements—
which stocked Crumbs products in stores
like Target and BJ’s Wholesale Club—generated
about $1 million a year in royalties.
