From New Jersey

From the north or south, take I-95 to Exit 16 E, to I-495, Lincoln Tunnel/New York City. Take the Lincoln Tunnel. Entering New York City, stay straight onto Dyer Ave. Turn left (east) onto West 34th Street. Turn left (north) onto Third Avenue. Stay on Third Avenue. 900 is on the left, between 54th Street and 55th Street. Make a right on East 54th Street to find public parking between Third Avenue and Second Avenue.

From Connecticut

Take I-95 South or the Merritt Parkway South to I-287 West (Cross Westchester Expressway) in New York. Continue on I-287 to the Major Deegan, I-87 South. Continue on I-87 to the Triboro Bridge, I-278. Stay to the right over the bridge and follow the signs to Manhattan. After the toll plaza, follow the signs to the FDR Drive South. Continue on the FDR to Exit 11, East 53rd Street. Stay on 53rd Street to Third Avenue.  Make a right on Third Avenue. 900 is on the left, between 54th Street and 55th Street. There is a public parking garage on 53rd Street between 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue.

From Long Island

Take the Long Island Expressway west through the Midtown Tunnel into Manhattan. After the tunnel, stay right to ramp, 37th Street / 38th-40th Streets. Turn left (west) on 37th Street and immediately turn right (north) on Third Avenue. Stay on Third Avenue. 900 is on the left, between 54th Street and 55th Street.  Make a right on East 54th Street to find public parking between 3rd Avenue and 2nd Avenue.

Mass Transit

The office is convenient to all forms of mass transit, with a subway station at East 53rd Street and Third Avenue servicing the E, V and #6 subway lines.  The #6 is convenient from Grand Central Station (Metro-North), while the E and V trains are convenient from Penn Station (Long Island Railroad, Amtrak, PATH and NJ Transit).
