ATTORNEYS
NEW JERSEY OFFICE
CORPORATE/TRANSACTIONAL: 3-5 years experience, business planning and transactional practice. NJ and NY bar admission preferred.
TRUSTS AND ESTATES: 3-5 years experience with emphasis in estate administration; LL.M. in Taxation preferred.

PARALEGALS
NEW JERSEY OFFICE
ESTATE ADMINISTRATION: Responsible for handling all phases of estate and trust administration, including preparation of tax returns and fiduciary accounting. Superior communication and mathematical skills are a must. Knowledge of related software a plus.
Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word a plus. College degree and/or paralegal certificate required. 2 to 3 years of experience preferred.
FIDUCIARY ACCOUNTANT
NEW JERSEY OFFICE
Opportunity for a Fiduciary Accountant to join the firm's significant Tax/Trust and Estate Department. Duties include preparation of 1041s and accountings for estates and trusts, 709s and 706s. College Degree Required. CPA Preferred. Good research, excel and MS Word skills and background in trust & estates a must. Prior estate planning/estate administration experience and knowledge of fiduciary software a plus.
