ATTORNEY POSITIONS


BANKRUPTCY AND LITIGATION ASSOCIATE- Delaware Office:


Associate with 1-4 years’ experience in bankruptcy with emphasis in litigation to join our Delaware Office and be part of a team working on matters in Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Baltimore, Texas and elsewhere. Large and experienced department of 25+ full-time bankruptcy attorneys with a sophisticated practice offering an extraordinary opportunity for challenging, interesting, and rewarding work. We seek a motivated individual devoted to meeting the highest standards of excellence and serving clients, and who wants to be part of an established and dynamic office and firm. Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication, research and analytical skills are required. Delaware Bar required, additional Bar(s) New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, District of Columbia and/or Virginia a plus. We offer an excellent compensation package and benefits program.


STAFF POSITIONS


MARKETING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR - New Jersey or New York Offices:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Liaise with Business Development Manager to ensure website content reflects current practice highlights and trends. Understanding of web analytics a plus.
2. Maintain experience database and pitch tracker.
3. Assist with the preparation of customized pitches and responses to RFPs.
4. Engage in research on clients, targets and industries. Conduct competitive intelligence.
5. Use analytics to ensure the firm reaches targeted audiences, identify best practices and drive successful email marketing and social media campaigns.
6. Assist in preparing persuasive submissions for a variety of directories and rankings.
7. Ensure the quality of marketing database contacts, prepare marketing campaign data/lists, and track/report campaign results. List segmentation, extraction and manipulation for marketing programs.
8. Oversee data entry and the integrity of the firm’s Contact Relationship Management system. Onboard contacts for new attorneys into CRM system. Capture new client information.
9. Assist with special projects when requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English or related discipline.
2. 3+ years of relevant experience. Law firm/professional services experience preferred.
3. Strong communication and writing skills required. Writing sample will be requested.
4. Familiarity with web analytics tools and SEO.
5. Experience with CRM use in a law firm a plus.
6. Experience working with large data sets in Excel.
7. Experience working with email marketing tools and creating campaigns.
8. Familiarity with SPAM laws a plus.
9. Familiarity with state bar advertising rules a plus.
10. Strong client service attitude and follow-up skills required.
11. Must work well under pressure and be a self-starter, problem-solver, proactive thinker and team player.
12. Must have the ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
13. Attention to detail.
14. Strong work ethic and high degree of professionalism.


CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE- NEW JERSEY OFFICE:

Client Services Representative (Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) for our New Jersey Office. Job duties include high volume phone contact, greeting clients, reserving conference rooms in a fast paced environment. Other duties include: travel arrangements, special event planning, hospitality assistance and special projects on an as needed basis.
