CORPORATE/TRANSACTIONAL ASSOCIATE- New Jersey or New York Offices:
Corporate/Transactional Associate with 2-4 years experience, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business and succession planning, finance, and transactional practice to join our New Jersey or New York office. Securities and private equity and real estate fund experience a plus. NJ and NY bar admission required. Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills required.
REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE - Florida Office:
Real Estate Associate with 3-10 years of experience in general commercial real estate and with an emphasis in leasing to join our Florida office. Florida bar admission required. Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills required.
COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL- New York or New Jersey Offices:
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our New York or New Jersey Office with solid experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including transactional matters, financings, leasing and title reviews. Experience with large commercial closings a plus. Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. College degree and/or paralegal certificate and 3+ years of experience required.
