Bankruptcy Associate- Delaware Office:

Seeking an associate with 1-5 years of experience to join our Wilmington, Delaware office and be part of a team working on matters in Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Texas and Florida. We seek a motivated individual devoted to meeting the highest standards of excellence and serving clients, and who wants to be part of an established and dynamic office and firm Litigation experience is a plus; interest in litigation is required. Delaware bar is required, additional Bar(s) New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Texas, District of Columbia and/or Virginia a plus. Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Corporate/Transactional Attorney- New Jersey or New York Office:

Seeking an attorney with 6 plus years experience, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business and succession planning, finance, and transactional practice. NJ or NY bar admission required. Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Seeking an associate with 3-6 years experience with an emphasis on commercial acquisitions, financing (lender and borrower), joint ventures and commercial leasing. Real Estate Attorney/Retail Leasing- New Jersey /New York /Delaware /Maryland /Florida/ Texas Offices:

Seeking an attorney with 5 plus years general commercial real estate experience with an emphasis in retail leasing to join our Firm in any one of our office locations. Candidate must be admitted to practice law in the state where their resident office will be located. Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Tax & Estate Planning/Administration Associate- New Jersey or New York Office:

Seeking an associate to join our New Jersey or New York Offices with 5+ years experience in sophisticated estate and closely held business planning, with knowledge of estate administration. NJ and NY bar admissions and LLM required. Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills required.
 

STAFF POSITIONS

Applications/Systems Administrator- New Jersey Office:

Seeking an Applications/Systems Administrator to join our New Jersey Office. Duties include becoming intensely familiar with the firms applications and systems from both the end user standpoint as well as the systems side. Resolve complex issues and escalated Level II / III requests from support and Help Desk staff and proactively recommend solutions. This position will be responsible for keeping software up to date, maintaining databases and performing preventive system and network maintenance tasks necessary to keep systems up to date and to minimize system downtime. Maintain a strong knowledge of legal applications such as iManage FileSite, Microsoft Office, Workshare, Payne Templates, Elite Enterprise, Elite 3E, Fast Tax and others. Strong knowledge of Windows 2008/2012 Administration with Active Directory (Provisioning, Group Policies, OU, scripting, etc.), Microsoft SQL Server (scripting as well as maintenance) and Systems Management tools (WSUS, SCCM, SNMP etc.) required. Maintain and monitor healthy SQL database environment. Minimum 5 years of IT experience focused on both end user applications and application server operations and management. Law Firm experience a strong plus. Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Bankruptcy/Litigation Paralegal- Delaware Office:

Seeking a Bankruptcy/Litigation Paralegal for our Delaware Office. Responsibility for matters in Bankruptcy and Litigation to include document retrieval, organization and review, deposition digesting, monitoring of document production and trial preparation assistance, document review and drafting, case management and calendaring. Experience with chapter 11 matters is strongly preferred. Knowledge of, and ability to electronically file (CM/ECF) pleadings also required. Experience with electronic discovery is a plus. Overtime required.
Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe plus. College degree and/or paralegal certificate and 2 to 3 years of experience preferred. Chief Financial Officer- New Jersey Office:


Seeking a Chief Financial Officer in our New Jersey headquarters. The position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in driving strategic growth. Responsibilities include directing the firm’s financial and accounting functions as well as managing and developing relationships with lending institutions, business partners, and the financial community.

The CFO reports to the Administrative Shareholder and to the Management and Finance Committees.

Education and Experience: CPA and/or MBA with a minimum of ten years of operational and financial leadership experience, preferably with a professional services firm.

Specific Knowledge and Skills:

• Analysis & Communication: Ability to analyze and interpret variety of technical, mathematical and abstract concepts. Ability to effectively communicate information through financial reporting, business correspondence, and response to inquiries from all stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Spreadsheet software; Accounting software; Budgeting software; Payroll/HRIS; Project Management software; Presentation software; Word Processing software and Database software.
 

Legal Practice Assistant- Delaware Office:

Seeking a legal practice assistant (LPA) for our Wilmington, DE Office. 3+ years legal experience to support members of the Firm, associates and paralegals in the areas of Bankruptcy and, Corporate/Commercial Litigation. Candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills. LPA will work directly with attorneys to prepare, review/edit and efile case pleadings, assist with case projects, maintain case calendar, and maintain case files. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe required; knowledge of FileSite, PowerPoint, and Federal and State Court Electronic Filing a plus. Some overtime required.
