Bankruptcy Associate- New Jersey/New York Office:

Seeking a Bankruptcy Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our New Jersey or New York office and be part of a team working on matters in New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Texas and Florida. We seek a motivated individual devoted to meeting the highest standards of excellence and serving clients, and who wants to be part of an established and dynamic office and firm. New Jersey and New York bars are required. Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Litigation experience is a plus.

Seeking an Attorney with 4 plus years of experience related to site remediation, environmental transactional work, brownfield redevelopment, enforcement defense and cost recovery. NJ or NY bar admission required. Seeking an Attorney with 5 plus years general commercial real estate experience with an emphasis in retail leasing to join our Firm in any one of our office locations. Candidate must be admitted to practice law in the state where their resident office will be located. Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills required.


PARALEGAL POSITIONS

Environmental Paralegal- New Jersey Office:

Seeking an Environmental Paralegal to join our New Jersey Office with an interest in being trained to assist a sophisticated environmental law practice group working on site cleanups, Brownfield redevelopments and environmental issues in business transactions. Candidates must have exceptional intellectual curiosity, excellent written and verbal skills, be highly organized and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. A college degree required. Prior work experience in the field is a plus, but not required.

STAFF POSITIONS

Client Services Representative- New Jersey Office:

Seeking a full time Client Services Representative (Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) for our New Jersey Office. Job duties include high volume phone contact, greeting clients, reserving conference rooms in a fast paced environment. Other duties include: travel arrangements, special event planning, hospitality assistance and special projects on an as needed basis.
