Mr. Siegel was certified as a specialist in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Bankruptcy Board of Certification in 1995.
Representative Matters
Some of Mr. Siegel's representative cases include eLot & eLottery, Inc., Ultra Stores, Inc., Fine Furniture Direct, Inc., Arley, Inc., the Chapter 11 Trustee of Cuisinarts, Inc., and several mediated matters in the Enron bankruptcy proceedings on behalf of former customers.
