Marc Press practices in the area of securities, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

Mr. Press represents both issuers and venture capital investors in debt and equity offerings, lenders and borrowers on both secured and asset based credit facilities and unsecured credit facilities and buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions. His practice in mergers and acquisitions includes extensive experience in representing buyers and sellers of bankrupt and insolvent companies. He has lectured extensively on these topics.

Mr. Press began his career at a prominent law firm in New York City, where he focused on public and private offerings of securities and mergers and acquisitions.
