Michael Morea's practice emphasizes employment and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Morea has experience representing both employers and employees in all types of employment disputes, including discrimination actions, wrongful discharge suits, whistleblower claims and business torts in the state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies.
Following law school, Mr. Morea served as a law clerk to the Honorable Peter F. Boggia, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. Subsequently, he joined a law firm where his practice emphasized commercial litigation and land use law before joining a regional defense litigation firm. Mr. Morea joined the Litigation Department of Cole Schotz in 2002.
Mr. Morea has lectured and authored several articles in the area of employment law. He also serves as a co-editor for the Cole Schotz Employment Alert.

Mr. Morea has been awarded a BV rating for his professionalism and the quality of his legal work from Martindale-Hubbell, the premier directory of legal professionals.
