Harvey Miller concentrates in laws and transactions involving real estate; financial institutions; lender licensing; mortgage and secured lending; franchisors and franchisees; consumer lending; computer software and other types of licensing; equipment purchasing, financing and leasing; mortgage servicing; secondary mortgage lending; and credit reporting agencies.

Following law school, Mr. Miller served as Law Secretary to the Hon. Louis Schwartz and the Hon. Joseph N. Donatelli, Judges of the County Court. He joined the firm in 1971.

Mr. Miller authored and helped lobby for extensive revisions to the N.J. Savings and Loans Act and to the Federal Truth-in-Lending Act. He also acted as legal editor of a ten-volume Operations Manual for financial instructions and has established procedures and developed documentation for commercial, residential, multi-family, condominium, and cooperative lending for numerous institutions. He was also a contributor to "A Step-By-Step Guide to Residential Real Estate Closings," published by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.

Mr. Miller has been awarded an AV rating for his professionalism and the quality of his legal work from Martindale-Hubbell, the premier directory of legal professionals.
