Jason Melzer's practice emphasizes commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Cole Schotz, Mr. Melzer practiced commercial and securities litigation in New York City and has experience litigating matters in both State and Federal Court. He has also represented clients in hearings before the American Arbitration Association and New York City's administrative tribunals including those of the Department of Consumer Affairs, Department of Health, and Department of Buildings.
