Ronald Lombardi concentrates his practice in commercial real estate transactions, with particular emphasis on commercial and retail leasing and development. His practice encompasses acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, international transactions and shopping center and office development. After working as general counsel at a large real estate development company and at Westinghouse Electric Corporation, he subsequently joined Toys “R” Us, Inc. in 1984, where he was Vice President – Real Estate Counsel. Prior to joining Cole Schotz, Mr. Lombardi was a consultant and strategist to various specialty retailers.

Mr. Lombardi has lectured on a variety of commercial real estate subjects at the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the International Conference of Shopping Centers Law Conference.

Mr. Lombardi has been awarded an AV rating for his professionalism and the quality of his legal work from Martindale-Hubbell, the premier directory of legal professionals.
