Allison Lissner practices in all areas of commercial real estate, with a focus on commercial leasing and real estate transactions. Ms. Lissner has extensive experience representing landlords, tenants, owners and developers throughout the United States in connection with the the leasing of retail and office space, the acquisition and sale of commercial properties, and the development and redevelopment of real property. She has also conducted extensive due diligence investigations for leasehold and fee title acquisitions and has counseled clients in connection with contract and lease compliance issues.
