Allison Lange practices in the areas of real estate and commercial leasing. Ms. Lange's practice is concentrated in the area of commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on real estate development, construction and commercial leasing. She has experience in the representation of owners and developers of commercial and multi-family property in connection with acquisition and sales contracts for improved and unimproved properties, development agreements, ground leases, reciprocal easements and operating agreements, due diligence review activities, commercial leasing for both landlords and tenants, and financing for both lenders and borrowers.
