Dorothy Mello Laguzza's practice focuses on all aspects of environmental law. She represents and counsels clients on state and federal environmental issues arising in real estate and corporate transactions and coordinating due diligence for those transactions. She advises clients on the necessity of site remediation, possibility of natural resource damages, development of brownfields, and regulatory matters. She also has experience in environmental litigation matters, including state and federal cost recovery claims and insurance coverage claims.
