Robyn Pellegrino’s practice concentrates in the sale and acquisition of companies in both stock and asset transactions, as well as the formation of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.  Prior to joining the corporate department, Ms. Pellegrino was an associate in the firm’s real estate department, where her practice concentrated in the acquisition, sale, exchange, financing and leasing of industrial, office and commercial properties.

Ms. Pellegrino was formerly an associate at Sternlieb & Dowd, L.L.C., which merged its practice with Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard, P.A. in 2005.
