Wendy Klein's practice focuses on business disputes, including employment, contract and corporate litigation, as well as estate and condemnation actions. She has represented parties in numerous discrimination, restrictive covenant and wage dispute cases, as well as shareholder and partnership disputes. Ms. Klein also has successfully argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court and has frequently been appointed as counsel by the Superior Court.
Following law school, Ms. Klein served as a law clerk to Justice Gary S. Stein of the New Jersey Supreme Court. Following her undergraduate education, Ms. Klein worked in publishing as a literary scout for foreign publishers and movie producers seeking to purchase rights to American books.
