Edward Kiel is an experienced trial attorney practicing primarily in the areas of commercial, corporate and construction litigation in the state and federal courts. Mr. Kiel has tried dozens of business cases of every variety, including matters involving complex cross border transactions, shareholder disputes, and dealership disputes. He has also argued numerous cases before the Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court, resulting in a number of reported decisions, and has been appointed by the Courts as an arbitrator and mediator for numerous commercial disputes.
Mr. Kiel represents various religious and charitable institutions and has acted as a cooperating attorney on behalf of the American Civil Liberties Union.
