Edward Kiel is an experienced litigator practicing primarily in the areas of commercial, corporate and construction litigation in the state and federal courts. Mr. Kiel’s experience also includes substantial litigation involving public contracting and public bidding. He has also argued numerous cases before the Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court, resulting in a number of reported decisions. Mr. Kiel has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.

Mr. Kiel represents various religious and charitable institutions and has acted as a cooperating attorney on behalf of the American Civil Liberties Union.
