Glenn Kazlow concentrates his practice in complex litigation. His experience includes federal and state court matters involving shareholder and partnership rights, estates and trusts, environmental, commercial transactions, securities, surety and fidelity, unfair competition, foreclosure and construction disputes. Mr. Kazlow is also a member of the firm's Executive Committee and serves as its General Counsel and Administrative Partner.

Mr. Kazlow has served as a lecturer in the areas of civil litigation procedure and damage analysis in commercial actions for New Jersey's Institute of Continuing Legal Education. He has also lectured before the National Bond Claims Association on the topic of fidelity bonds and before the Bergen County Bar Association on the topic of minority shareholder oppression actions. Mr. Kazlow has also been published in the New Jersey Law Journal on the topic of a new business' ability to establish damages. He has also served as a court-appointed corporate fiscal agent and expert witness regarding legal malpractice claims.

Mr. Kazlow has been awarded an AV rating for his professionalism and the quality of his legal work from Martindale-Hubbell, the premier directory of legal professionals.  He has been selected by his peers for inclusion in New Jersey Super Lawyers® in Business Litigation, 2005-2010, and Best Lawyers in America® in Commercial Litigation, 2010 to 2012. Mr. Kazlow has also been included in 201 Magazine's list of Top Lawyers in Bergen County for 2011.
