Glenn Kazlow concentrates his practice in complex litigation. His experience includes federal and state court matters involving shareholder and partnership rights, estates and trusts, environmental, commercial transactions, securities, surety and fidelity, unfair competition, foreclosure and construction disputes.
Mr. Kazlow frequently serves as a lecturer in the areas of civil litigation procedure and damage analysis in commercial actions for New Jersey's Institute of Continuing Legal Education. He has also lectured before the National Bond Claims Association on the topic of fidelity bonds and before the Bergen County Bar Association on the topic of minority shareholder oppression actions. Mr. Kazlow has also been published in the New Jersey Law Journal on the topic of a new business' ability to establish damages. He has also served as a court-appointed corporate fiscal agent and expert witness regarding legal malpractice claims.
Noteworthy
Mr. Kazlow has been awarded an AV rating for his professionalism and the quality of his legal work from Martindale-Hubbell, the premier directory of legal professionals. He has also been selected by his peers as a New Jersey Super Lawyer in Business Litigation in 2005 and 2006.
