Roger Iorio practices in the areas of corporate/commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, commercial lending, and corporate and real estate finance. His practice has a strong emphasis in corporate transactional matters, including the representation of both lenders and borrowers in asset and real estate-based credit facilities and purchasers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions, including both stock and asset based transactions.
Mr. Iorio has represented corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies in complex acquisitions and financings ranging in size from $1 million to $200 million in various industries. He has negotiated and closed over $300 million in real estate and asset backed loans throughout the country.
Mr. Iorio also provides corporate advice to public and privately held companies on a wide variety of matters, including corporate governance, operating agreements, shareholder agreements and employment agreements.
