Roger Iorio practices in the areas of corporate/commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, commercial lending, and corporate and real estate finance. His practice has a strong emphasis in corporate transactional matters, including the representation of both lenders and borrowers in asset and real estate-based credit facilities and purchasers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions, including both stock and asset based transactions.  Mr. Iorio also provides general corporate advice to public and privately held companies.
