Richard Abramson, co-chairman of the firm's Real Estate Department, has been a member of the firm since 1989.  His practice is national in scope and encompasses a broad range of transactions, with particular emphasis on acquisitions, dispostions, development and commercial leasing.  His practice includes counseling developers, real estate equity and opportunity funds, REITS, investors, owners and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, management, financing and construction of commercial, retail, industrial and residential properties; mezzanine financings; joint ventures; and acquisition of distressed debt. 

Mr. Abramson is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Florida, and a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Abramson has been awarded an AV rating for his professionalism and the quality of his legal work from Martindale-Hubbell, the premier directory of legal professionals.  He has been selected for inclusion in the prestigious Best Lawyers in America® and New Jersey Super Lawyers® in Real Estate Law.  Mr. Abramson was named to Real Estate Weekly magazine's list of 2008 "All Stars" and was profiled in Real Estate New Jersey's 2009 "Meet the Lawyers" issue.
