Gerard Giordano's practice includes counseling clients with regard to federal and state environmental regulations, compliance programs, corporate health and safety issues, as well as real estate and commercial transactions. He is also involved in litigating complex environmental cost recovery and insurance matters.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Giordano worked at the United States Department of Labor - Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) as an industrial hygiene compliance officer.
He has published several articles on OSHA law and environmental issues. He has served as a lecturer on occupational and safety and health issues and was an adjunct professor at Bergen Community College, where he taught environmental law.
