Jordan Fisch's practice emphasizes corporate/commercial and finance transactions and includes the representation of buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions, issuers and investors in debt and equity offerings, and lenders and borrowers on both secured and asset-based credit facilities and unsecured credit facilities. Mr. Fisch's practice also includes the representation of opportunity funds in joint ventures, the acquisition of secured debt, including distressed debt, the making of investments in junior and participating interests in secured debt, and the making of secured and unsecured real estate loans, including mezzanine loans. Mr. Fisch also represents many closely held and family-owned businesses, providing those businesses with general corporate advice. He has presented seminars on trademark issues and has authored published articles on mergers and acquisitions, mezzanine lending and related topics.
