Iryna Lomaga Carey concentrates her practice in commercial real estate transactions. Her practice is national in scope and involves retail, office and industrial leasing; acquisitions; and the acquisition, leasing and financing of commercial and industrial properties for a variety of clients. She represents real estate investors and developers, lenders, retail tenants and landlords. Ms. Carey has represented anchor tenants and landlords in a broad range of commercial leasing transactions in shopping centers, strip malls and for stand-alone sites.
