Catherine Bostock's practice includes all aspects of environmental law with particular emphasis on managing the environmental aspects of corporate and commercial real estate transactions. She had advised corporations, developers and lenders on the identification and management of environmental risks in connection with corporate acquisitions and sales, redevelopment projects, and financing transactions. Ms. Bostock has experience in guaranteed cleanup cost contracts and has negotiated environmental insurance policies for numerous properties and projects with environmental risks.
Ms. Bostock also advises clients regarding financial incentives for redevelopments. She has won approvals of brownfield funding which have entitled clients to many millions of dollars of funding for cleanup and enabled redevelopment of heavily contaminated industrial sites into major retail and mixed use commercial centers. Ms. Bostock also advises clients regarding environmental land use regulations impacting development projects.
