Lauren M. Manduke is an associate in the Litigation and Employment Law Departments. Ms. Manduke has experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in both federal and state matters related to breach of contract, fraud, franchise disputes, probate matters, and claims against the State for improper taxation, among others. In addition, Ms. Manduke has experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, and insurance/carrier disputes. Ms. Manduke also has experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Ms. Manduke also represents employers and employees in a variety of employment-based matters, including disputes relating to discrimination and harassment allegations, breaches of restrictive covenants and employment agreements, as well as wrongful termination claims.
A former summer associate, Ms. Manduke joined Cole Schotz in 2009 upon graduation from Fordham University School of Law.
Noteworthy
Ms. Manduke was Director of Research, Education and Advocacy to Combat Homelessness while at law school and represented men and women in Fair Housing hearings and other appeals cases when certain benefits and public assistance aid was denied or discontinued. She was also an Advocate with the Unemployment Action Center while at law school and represented people in their hearings to appeal denial of their unemployment benefits.
