Sanjay Bhatnagar is an associate in Cole Schotz’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department in the Wilmington office.  Mr. Bhatnagar has experience representing debtors, creditors, statutory committees, trustees and other parties-in-interest in complex chapter 11 cases.  During law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Mary F. Walrath, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  Prior to joining Cole Schotz, Mr. Bhatnagar was an associate in the bankruptcy department of  a prominent Delaware-based law firm. 

Mr. Bhatnagar has been involved in pro bono matters before the Delaware Family Court, and also volunteers as a big brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
