Ms. Quirk’s debtor representations in Chapter 11 proceedings include: BNA Subsidiaries, LLC (publisher of information and analysis products for professionals); Leslie Controls, Inc. (manufacturer of control valves); True Temper Sports, Inc. (golf manufacturer); Goody’s Family Clothing, Inc. (department store retailer); Birch Telecom, Inc. (telecommunications provider); Diamond Brands Operating Corp. (manufacturer of various consumer products); The IT Group, Inc. (construction services, remediation and facilities management provider); Safety-Kleen, Inc. (industrial waste service provider); ICG Communications, Inc. (telecommunications provider); and Stone & Webster, Incorporated (construction and engineering service provider).
Ms. Quirk's representations of creditors in financial restructurings include: Hilco Merchant Resources, LLC (as liquidator in Samsonite Company Stores, LLC); Credit Suisse Group (as agent to prepetition bank group, Tropicana Entertainment LLC case); D.B. Zwirn (as senior secured creditor, debtor-in-possession lender and stalking horse bidder in Newcomm Wireless Services, Inc. case); KBC N.V. (as agent to prepetition bank group, Perryville Energy Holdings case); and HealthSouth Corporation (as creditor, Integrated Health Services, Inc. case).
