Jed Weiss's practice emphasizes commercial litigation. Prior to joining Cole Schotz, Mr. Weiss practiced commercial litigation in New York City and has extensive experience litigating a wide range of commercial matters in both State and Federal Court. Prior to joining private practice, Mr. Weiss was an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York where he represented the City and its employees in federal civil rights actions arising from the alleged misconduct of police officers and district attorneys.
