Jed Weiss's practice emphasizes a wide range of complex commercial and corporate litigation in the state and federal trial and appellate courts.  His practice includes shareholder & partnership disputes, directors & officers liability, construction litigation, surety, and business torts.  Mr. Weiss has tried cases on the state and federal level, and has also handled numerous mediation and arbitration matters.

Mr. Weiss is admitted to practice in the State courts of New York and Connecticut, as well as the Federal courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Prior to joining private practice, Mr. Weiss was an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York where he represented the City and its employees in federal civil rights actions.
