Ms. Bienstock is an associate in Cole Schotz's Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department.  She focuses her practice on reorganizations for both individuals and corporate entities, creditors’ rights and avoidance actions.  She has represented debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, creditors’ committees, and liquidating trustees, both in and out of bankruptcy court.

Prior to joining Cole Schotz, Ms. Bienstock was a judicial intern for the Hon. Ronald J. Hedges, United States District Court Magistrate Judge, District of New Jersey and a summer associate for the firm.
