Luis Amaro practices in the areas of commercial, estate, municipal, employment and personal injury litigation.

Luis has achieved the status of "Advocate" from the ATLA National College of Advocacy. He also graduated from the American Inns of Court Foundation after training in the Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court.

• A young woman who recently underwent a liver transplant was injured while she was an unbelted front-seat passenger in a two-car collision in Union City. As a result of the accident, our client was thrown from the car and suffered a variety of injuries, including a back herniation, ruptured spleen, broken jaw and pelvic fractures.  Claims were asserted on our client’s behalf against both drivers and the city, alleging the accident was caused, in part, by a malfunctioning traffic control signal. As a result of extensive investigation and heated litigation, we successfully resolved the case in our client’s favor with all parties contributing to the recovery.
