Kevin Schroth’s principal areas of practice include complex commercial litigation and employment litigation. He has represented clients in a variety of industries, including matters concerning insurance, financial services, telecommunications, energy, employment, pharmaceuticals, internal investigations, products liability, qui tam, intellectual property, and international litigation and arbitration, including the enforcement of foreign arbitration awards. He also has experience in commercial and residential real estate disputes and construction litigation.
Following law school, Mr. Schroth served as a law clerk in state and federal courts. He clerked for the Honorable John J. Hughes in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey after completing a clerkship for the Honorable F. Patrick McManimon in the Superior Court of New Jersey’s Mercer County Vicinage. Mr. Schroth subsequently joined Cole Schotz as an associate. He later joined a New York-based international law firm before rejoining Cole Schotz in 2008.
