Patrick Reilley is a Member in the Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department.  He focuses his practice on corporate reorganizations and liquidation cases, creditors’ rights issues and litigation arising in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.  Patrick has represented debtors, creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, plan administrators, trustees, examiners and parties in adversary proceedings.

Representative Matters

Patrick has served as lead or Delaware counsel in a number of complex bankruptcy cases.  Patrick’s recent debtor representations in Chapter 11 proceedings include: Alternative Distribution Systems, Inc.; BNA Subsidiaries, LLC; Cadence Innovation LLC; Fedders North America, Inc.; Foothills Resources, Inc.; JGW Holdco, LLC; TW, Inc. and Tribune Company.

Patrick’s recent committee representations in Chapter 11 proceedings include: CFM U.S. Corporation; Drug Fair Group, Inc.; Global Safety Textiles Holdings LLC; and Linens-N-Things.
