Kate Stickles is a member of the Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department based in the Wilmington office. Kate concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency and creditors’ rights, with particular experience representing debtors, official committees, examiners and trustees in chapter 11 cases.
Noteworthy
Kate has been selected by her peers for inclusion in the prestigious 2010 and 2011 editions of Best Lawyers in America in the area of Bankruptcy and Creditor-Debtor Rights Law. She was named one of "America's Leading Lawyers for Business" by Chambers USA in 2010 and 2011.
