Kate Stickles is a member in the Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department, based in the Wilmington office.  She has experience in complex Chapter 11 reorganization and liquidation cases, and practices in many aspects of bankruptcy, representing debtors, unsecured creditors’ committees, equity committees, trustees, and secured and unsecured creditors.  Ms. Stickles represents reorganized debtors, committees, and trusts in bankruptcy related litigation, including preference actions and fraudulent conveyance actions.

In addition to her state bar admissions, Ms. Stickles is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Ms. Stickles has served as counsel to numerous Chapter 11 debtors and official committees in various business segments.  Significant representative cases include:
