Tara Duggan Ryan practices in the area of commercial real estate including financing and acquisitions.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ryan practiced in New York City and Northern New Jersey representing clients in the acquisition, financing, construction, development and sale of commercial properties.  She also represented institutional lenders in commercial transactions, including construction financing and participations.  Ms. Ryan has served as an instructor in the Continuing Education Program at Queens College in Flushing, New York teaching Real Property Law for Paralegals.
