Jennifer Horowitz practices primarily in the areas of securities laws, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate law.  Ms. Horowitz represents corporate clients in all aspects of securities law compliance.  Ms. Horowitz represents clients in private and public debt and equity offerings, finance transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Horowitz began her career in New York.  She practiced securities law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate law for six years at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP.
