Gary Albrecht has developed a diverse and national commercial real estate practice focused on the financing, acquisition, development and sales of commercial real estate, with a particular emphasis on retail leasing.  He has represented both the landlord and tenant in numerous shopping center leases involving "big box" and "junior anchor" stores.

Mr. Albrecht has been recognized by his peers in numerous instances. He has been awarded an AV rating for his professionalism and the quality of his legal work from Martindale-Hubbell, the premier directory of legal professionals.  Mr. Albrecht was profiled by Real Estate New Jersey magazine as one of 40 rising stars of New Jersey's commercial real estate industry under 40 years of age.   He was also selected by the New Jersey Law Journal as one of its "Forty Under 40" in 2006.  In 2006 and 2007, he was named in New Jersey Monthly as one of New Jersey's rising stars in real estate transactions.

Mr. Albrecht is a member of the Board of Directors of Bergen County's United Way.
