Ms. Yampolsky’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, chancery practice, corporate litigation, and estate litigation.  Ms. Yampolsky has successfully represented clients in matters before the state and federal district courts relating to contract disputes, claims of fraud, probate matters, business torts and has defended claims against State entities, among others. Ms. Yampolsky also has experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). 

Prior to joining Cole Schotz, Jenny Yampolsky served as law clerk to the Honorable Sybil R. Moses, Assignment Judge for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County.  During her time as a law clerk, Ms. Yampolsky also became a certified mediator and mediated many cases for the Special Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County.

Noteworthy

While in law school, Ms. Yampolsky was a Note and Comment Editor of the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement and received the the CALI Excellence Award in Clinical Evidence.  While in law school Ms. Yampolsky also authored an in-house treatise on comparative state Lemon Law liability.
