Damian Albergo concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, lender liability law and employment discrimination litigation. He has acted as a volunteer attorney for the Battered Women's Legal Advocacy Project in Morris County, where he represented indigent women seeking domestic violence restraining orders.
