Damian Albergo’s practice emphasizes complex and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on matters involving shareholder and partnership disputes, non-compete agreements, unfair competition, lender liability, employment discrimination, chancery litigation, mediation and arbitration. Mr. Albergo has litigated matters at the trial level in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and also represents clients in the state courts of New York. He has lectured before community organizations and has authored articles on no-fault removal of LLC members in New Jersey, federal and state wage and hour laws, personal liability of corporate officers, and pro se representation in the New Jersey state courts.
