Lauren Rainone is an associate in the Litigation Department. She handles all aspects of commercial litigation, with an emphasis on shareholder and partnership disputes, contract disputes, and business torts. She also has experience in securities, antitrust, estate, employment, and personal injury litigation matters, as well as with constitutional law litigation involving statutory challenges, civil rights claims, and eminent domain proceedings. She represents clients in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings. She has successfully counseled clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, financial services, media, automotive, insurance, healthcare, and technology.
Prior to joining Cole Schotz, Ms. Rainone served as law clerk to the Honorable Maurice J. Gallipoli, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Hudson County.
Ms. Rainone is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association and a volunteer tutor with Project Literacy of Bergen County.
