Geoffrey Weinstein prepares wills, trusts and other estate planning documents and advises clients on tax aspects on a wide range of corporate transactions and executive compensation packages. He also represents clients involved in tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service and the New Jersey and New York state tax authorities.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Weinstein was a Deputy Attorney General with the State of New Jersey’s Division of Criminal Justice and clerked for the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
