Samuel Weiner is Co-Managing Shareholder of Cole Schotz. His practice encompasses all phases of tax and estate planning.
Mr. Weiner is a frequent lecturer and author on tax matters, including corporate, income and estate taxation. He has recently co-authored his second book, entitled, Starting a Limited Liability Company.
Mr. Weiner is a frequent lecturer to the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey and various accounting, insurance, banking and business groups. He recently appeared on CNN's Money Watch.
Noteworthy
Mr. Weiner has been awarded an AV rating for his professionalism and the quality of his legal work from Martindale-Hubbell, the premier directory of legal professionals. He has also been selected by his peers for inclusion in the prestigious 2007 Best Lawyers in America in Trusts and Estates Law and as a New Jersey Super Lawyer in Estate Planning/Trusts.
