Samuel Weiner is Co-Managing Shareholder of the firm and Co-Chair of the firm’s Tax, Trusts & Estate Department. Mr. Weiner is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). His practice encompasses all phases of tax and estate planning.
Mr. Weiner is a frequent lecturer and author on all facets of tax, business and estate planning. Additionally, he has co-authored two editions of a book for individuals launching businesses titled Starting a Limited Liability Company. Mr. Weiner has frequently lectured for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey and various accounting, insurance, banking and business groups. He has appeared on CNN's Money Watch.
Noteworthy
Mr. Weiner has been awarded an AV rating for his professionalism and the quality of his legal work from Martindale-Hubbell, the premier directory of legal professionals. He has also been selected by his peers for inclusion in the prestigious Best Lawyers in America® in Trusts and Estates Law and in New Jersey Super Lawyers® in Estate Planning/Trusts.
