STARS: OUR WOMEN'S ATTORNEY GROUP
STARS is a Cole Schotz initiative designed to promote the development and success of the Firm’s women attorneys. STARS reflects the Firm’s commitment to helping its women lawyers achieve professional success and leadership roles in the Firm, their practice and their communities. To achieve these goals, STARS focuses on and provides a forum for the discussion of issues that are pertinent to women such as recruitment and retention, mentoring, skills training, networking and business development, work-life balance, and community outreach. The Initiative’s programs include panel presentations, casual roundtable discussions, informal mentoring, and networking opportunities with clients and other female professionals. All women attorneys are encouraged to participate in STARS.
