Daniel G. Agius is an associate in the Litigation Department. Dan represents clients involved in matters before the state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. His practice and experience includes all aspects of complex litigation, including trademark disputes, patent disputes, securities litigation, contract disputes, and product liability litigation.
Dan received his B.S. from Georgia Tech, and his J.D. from The New York University School of Law. He was a Staff Editor for the NYU Journal of Law and Liberty. Dan also participated in NYU's Criminal Appellate Defender Clinic, where he assisted clients appealing criminal convictions in New York State Court. While in law school, he interned for the Hon. Loretta A. Preska in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
