Borrowers Considerations, CLE Presentation at Cole Schotz

March 24, 2016Attorney: John S. Stewart

Program Description:
Commercial real estate markets in many segments of the United States, including Boston, Chicago, New York metropolitan and Washington DC areas, have experienced several years of expansion. In such good times there are numerous sources for financing of commercial real estate, including life companies, national and regional banks, private investment funds and other financial parties and institutions. However, there are mixed signals for what is “standard” for loan requirements and loan documentation and what once was considered “market” for transactions may not be market today. This conference will examine certain standard loan provisions, bank underwriting requirements and legal issues common to commercial real estate financing transactions.
