The attorneys in the Cole Schotz Corporate, Finance & Business Transactions Department leverage their extensive legal knowledge and business and tax backgrounds to provide practical advice to our clients regarding all business matters, from simple governance issues to complex corporate transactions. In our role as trusted counsel, we strive to assist companies in achieving their short- and long-term business objectives.
Our clients vary in size from public corporations to closely held and family owned businesses and sole proprietorships. They also span a wide range of industry and market sectors, including, finance, venture capital, private equity, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, technology, pharmaceutical, health care, insurance and surety.
With offices throughout the mid-Atlantic and in Texas, we are able to provide experienced counsel to clients in multiple jurisdictions. We frequently work closely with firm members in other practice areas in order to achieve practical and cost-effective solutions to our clients’ business challenges.
