Todd E. Chase
Mr. Chase, Baltimore, is part of the firm's Real Estate department. His practice focuses on the areas of commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and leasing. Mr. Chase has extensive experience representing an array of clients including public and private equity firms, public and private entities and developers in connection with the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of industrial, office and retail properties, including portfolio transactions.
Jennifer L. Horowitz
Ms. Horowitz, Hackensack, works in the firm's Corporate department and practices primarily in the areas of corporate, finance and securities. Ms. Horowitz represents clients in a broad range of transactions, including private and public securities offerings, finance transactions, investments, strategic alliances and ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Horowitz also serves as general outside counsel to clients for business, corporate and securities matters and compliance.
Nolan E. Shanahan
Mr. Shanahan, New York, concentrates his practice in general and complex commercial litigation and represents clients from various industries in a broad array of commercial disputes, including disputes arising from construction projects, financing transactions, commercial foreclosure of property and equipment, shareholder/partnership conflicts, and bankruptcy litigation.
