LITIGATION & BANKRUPTCY ASSOCIATE - Wilmington, Delaware Office

1-3 years experience in litigation and/or bankruptcy to join our Delaware Office and be part of team working on matters in Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Baltimore, Texas and elsewhere.  Large and experienced department of 25+ full-time bankruptcy attorneys with a sophisticated practice offering an extraordinary opportunity for challenging, interesting, and rewarding work. We seek a motivated individual devoted to meeting the highest standards of excellence and serving clients, and who wants to be part of an established and dynamic office and firm.  Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication, research and analytical skills are required.  Delaware Bar required, additional Bar(s) a plus. 

REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY - New York City Office

6-10 years experience in real estate transactions and financing in New York City to join our New York Office.

STAFF POSITIONS

ESTATE ADMINISTRATION PARALEGAL - Hackensack, New Jersey or New York Office

Estate Administrative Paralegal to join our New Jersey or New York Office.  Responsible for handling all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate (knowledge of New Jersey and New York probate a plus), extensive communication with clients, financial planners and accountants, preparation of federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings, distribution of estate assets and trust funding, etc.  Superior communication and mathematical skills are a must.  Candidates must be highly organized, posses the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills.  Strong working knowledge of estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs and Microsoft Word a plus.  College degree and/or paralegal certificate required and 2 to 3 years of experience preferred.  

LEGAL TECHNOLOGY TRAINER / APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST - Hackensack, New Jersey

Legal Technology Trainer / Applications Specialist to join our New Jersey Office. Responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive training program to attorneys and staff throughout the Firm.  Superior communication and knowledge of legal software applications (Microsoft Office 2010 suite and Windows 7, Payne Forms / Numbering Assistant or compatible package, Workshare, etc.). are a must.  Experience in planning courses, training users and keeping abreast of current legal software packages.  Strong experience in software installation procedures.  Candidates must be highly organized, possess the ability to be self-sufficient and have excellent verbal and written skills.  BA/BS degree preferred.  3-5+ years of experience in end user support / training in a legal environment.
