Over 600 bankruptcy attorneys, judges, trustees, and staff attended last year’s conference to gain valuable information, network and hear directly from top bankruptcy legal experts. This year’s program features a tribute to the conference namesake, the late Chief Judge William H. Gindin, new topics, interactive break-out sessions, and the updates and information that you have come to rely upon.

Expert judges and practitioners will discuss the latest cases including structured dismissals under Jevic and inter-creditor agreements under Momentive, provide practice pointers and procedural advice, and provide you with the judge’s perspective on how to best make your case.

This year’s program will also feature a special tribute to the late Judge William H. Gindin.
